NAHB’s National Sales and Marketing Council has announced the Gold Award Winners for The Nationals new-home sales and marketing awards.

“Celebrating their 25th anniversary in 2006, The Nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, setting the benchmark for innovations in new-home design, marketing and sales,” said Beth Williams, a Richmond Hill, Georgia-based builder and chairperson of the NSMC.

New Heritage Builders is the recipient of the Regional Award for the Best Brochure for a Community $250,000 - $500,000.

New Heritage Builders was honored with the following 2006 Stars Awards: 

• Best Special Project Community for coordinating the Extreme Makeover - My Hometown Edition in Fuquay Varina, NC
• Best Company Logo
• 2006 recipient of a Silver Award in the Johnston County Parade of Home
